The happiest day of the year...

Thank god the immigration protests didn't happen today, I'll be damned if I don't get me one of them margaritas.

If you're in the Adams Morgan area, we'll be starting off at The Reef around 6pm-ish and then heading out from there. Kathryn leaves for L.A. next week, so this is her going-away-bonanza of sorts.

Come bid her adieu and join us as we collectively thumb our noses at Napolean III's memory.

  • Paul Graham's Startup Advice - As I read it, I was able to nod my head quite a bit. With Emurse, I think we set a pretty high bar for 1.0. It means we'll release a great initial offering, but with our real jobs taking up the majority of our time, it's taken us forever and a day to finish. The most important lesson I think we've taken away from it is, if we can't code the prototype in a weekend, we might need to rethink things. I can tell you though, once we release 1.0, we'll do much more incremental releases ;)
